Disconnect plug from power source. Loosen

the depth adjustment lever located on the right

side of the tool. The foot is spring loaded and

will lower automatically (Fig. 9).

Tighten lever counter clockwise at the depth

setting desired. Check desired depth (Fig. 9).

The cutting guide notch will give an

approximate line of cut (Fig. 10). Make sample

cuts in scrap lumber to verify actual line of cut.
